29th May'07

In the early hours of SUNDAY MORNING – 27TH MAY  a SMALL RED CAR was seen in FEIASHILL CLOSE in what could be described as suspicious circumstances.  The occupants are believed to be white males.

 Residents are advised to be vigilant.

19th September'07

Between 14th and 17th September’07

A break in occurred at a house in SCHOOL ROAD, TRYSULL

Resulting in damage and theft.

14th January'08

On Saturday 12th January'08 - between 6.45 & 10.30 p.m.

There was a house burglary at EDGE HILL, KINVER

Intruders forced UPVC windows and stole several items including 2 sets of car keys

One car was subsequently stolen - details are:-

GREY AUDI ESTATE  -  REG. NO. BF53 RMV

14th February'08

In the past few days  there have been a number of vehicle crimes in the Wombourne area

where tools and equipment have been taken.  The latest incidents being:-

Winston Road, Swindon  and Woodhill Close, Wombourne between Tuesday 12th & Wednesday 13th February

Power tools were taken from the vehicles

17th April '08

Date of offence: TUESDAY 15th APRIL 2008

Location:        Property in ENVILLE ROAD, KINVER

Offence:        Two men claiming to be from the ‘WATER BOARD’ entered the property via front and back entrances.  One engaged the owner in conversation while the other entered the bedrooms and stole cash. 

They also stole:        GREEN VOLVO CAR      Registration number:              T719 LGP

Description:               1 white male approx 20-25 years old, short mousy hair, round face

                                    Wearing navy blue top with silver logo and jeans.

 

                    1 white male – no description except for being young and wearing a cap.

22nd September'08

Date:          Over the last few days

Location:   In the Wombourne and surrounding area

 

Offence:    Seven incidents of crime involving:-

 

·        Theft of car number plates

·        Laptop computer stolen from car

·        Domestic trailer taken from driveway

·        Car keys taken in house burglary and used to steal car

Date:           24th September 2008

Location:     West Midlands

Offence:       Bogus Water Board officials crime carried out by persons driving the following vehicle:-

                     VW PASSAT               colour:   BLACK         Registration Number:   YB06 EXO

If you see this vehicle do not approach under any circumstances  -  RING 999 IMMEDIATELY  requesting STAFFORDSHIRE

Date:           Between 9th and 14th October

Location:     Feiashill Road, Trysull    

Offence:      Theft of Black Mitsubishi  long wheelbase L200 Warrior  -   Registration number VN54 BFL

Offence:       4 Wheel Car Transporter with Brian James stickers on the side

Be aware that people are visiting homes claiming they have to read the meter.  These people may be bogus.  Please check their identity.  Do not let anyone in if you are not sure they are genuine. 

A lady is visiting homes claiming to be doing a police survey.  This person has not been sent by the police and should not be allowed in your home.  Phone 999 if you are approached.
