John Richard Brayne (JACK) died 4th August 2003
Jack was a very familar figure in Trysull & Seisdon, often seen riding his bike around the villages. He was a lovely gentleman who will be greatly missed. Jack was always willing when we had the fun runs and other parades around the villages he was first to volunteer his tractor and trailer and was in the lead on every occasion.
His sister Majories Turton has kindly written the following about him...
Jack was born in the parish of Myddle, Nr Shrewsbury, He lived with his parents, brothers and sister, a farming family, until 1926. They then moved to Lilleshall, Nr Newport, Shrops.
In 1932 he came to Seisdon and lived in Seisdon and Trysull helping his father on the farm at Meadow Farm Post Office Road, Seisdon. He will be missed by all his family,
Jack on his beloved tractor.
